ASSISTANCE FOR SCHOOL LEADERS IN IMPROVING TEACHERS' UNDERSTANDING OF 21ST CENTURY SKILLS

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve teachers' understanding and their ability to incorporate 21st century skills into driving schools in Dompu Regency. 21st century education requires modern skills such as creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking. This program provides mentoring to teachers to apply these skills in teaching and learning activities through a collaborative and practice-based approach. The results of this program indicate that teachers have gained a better understanding of how to create lesson plans that are relevant to modern needs. They also indicate that students are more motivated during the learning process.
